Eddie Hearn has poked fun at his close friend and former fighter Tony Bellew with an amusing impression of him at Fight Camp.
Prior to the first show of this year’s series in the Matchroom HQ back garden, Hearn and Bellew sat down together on the DAZN Boxing Show.
Bellew is one of the names in DAZN’s talent team and will be on their broadcasts moving forwards.
This did not exclude him from mockery at the hands of his old promoter though.
Hearn is well known for his top-notch impressions of figures in the boxing world.
He was handed a mask of Bellew and attempted to impersonate him.
Hearn joked in a mock Bellew voice: “All I wanna do is just go home to my wife and kids.
“And when I hang up the gloves, you’ll never see me again.”
These two lines are those which Bellew is most often taunted for saying towards the end of his pro career
He replied by giving Hearn and gentle shove and saying: “Do you know how much stick I get for that?”
Bellew of course did not disappear into obscurity upon his retirement and now takes up the role on DAZN’s team.
Hearn also attempted impressions of Bob Arum and Anthony Joshua.
Neither were as good as his voice of Chris Eubank Sr though.
