The final section of season two of The Family Man hinted what the third season might have in store for viewers. It’s been announced that the following season will take place during the coronavirus outbreak, and now star Manoj Bajpayee has given an estimate of how long viewers would have to wait.
Season two of The Family Man premiered on Amazon Prime Video on June 4 to poor reviews from fans and reviewers alike. It concludes with a tease for season three and the central conflict, which appears to have a China connection.

Manoj, who plays secret agent Srikant Tiwari in the series, told Bollywood Bubble that there is presently no writers room in place because the show is under lockdown. “Everyone has been imprisoned. Allow the globe to open up, and this country to totally open up. And when they start working, I’m confident they’ll be partnering with Amazon. They’ll start putting the story into a screenplay as soon as it’s greenlit, because the story is already written.”

The Northeastern states are likely to be involved in the third season.
